Adopt the Worldwide Voyage
During Year One of the Worldwide Voyage, we engaged with over 22,000 students, educators, and community members in Hawaiʻi. Some of the most powerful learning opportunities occurred when education and community leaders promoted the Worldwide Voyage as an integrated, community‐wide effort in their schools and organizations. For example, the entire State of Hawaiʻi public education system (K‐12 and University System) adopted the Worldwide Voyage, and together with key private school partners signed a “Promise to Children” to transform education.
Local and global communities, classrooms, schools, and organizations are adopting the values of the Worldwide Voyage to mālama honua – care for Island Earth – for future generations.
